Prior to his appointment, Philipsen worked for Cyberline AG in the position as CFO. Being part of the Management-Buy-Out, who initiated CyberLine AG, Philipsen was responsible for the growth of the organisation in 5 years from 100 employees up to more than 1000. Philipsen earned his respect based on an international track record within various companies of the Packard Bell NEC Group. Being of Dutch origin he has lived and worked in various European countries like the Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland and Belgium.

His strength lies in bridging the three key worlds of Finance, Operations and Sales in order to help companies catapult their performance to new levels and generate significant value. His ability to coach teams towards reaching their true potential is a bonus.
