The board of directors of Tec-Sem Group AG today announces that Mr. Dieter Mueller, Chief Financial Officer of the group, will leave the company at his own request in the second half of August. Mr. Udo Oehri, who has been acting as a financial consultant for the company since the beginning of the year, will assume the CFO position on an interim basis until a successor is appointed.
